If you purchase a Grove license and decide it isn't the right tool for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply send an email to support@getgrove.io with the following information:
- The email address you used to purchase the app.
- Your license key or order receipt.
- (Optional) A brief note on why it didn't work out. Feedback helps us improve!
Processing Time
We aim to process all refund requests within 24-48 business hours. Once processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
License Revocation
Please note that upon issuing a refund, your Grove license key will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to use the application.
