1. License and Use
By purchasing a license to Grove, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- You may not distribute, rent, lease, or sub-license the software to third parties.
- The Founder's Edition includes a permanent license for the version purchased, including all updates within the current major release version.
2. Your Data
Grove is a local-first application. We do not store, host, or have access to your workspace data, files, or canvases. Your data remains strictly on your local device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Grove, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
